The company specializes in producing and delivering pizza.

Access to and use of this website are subject to the following terms of use and all applicable laws and regulations. By accessing and using the website, you accept, without limitation or qualification, these terms and acknowledge that any other agreements between you and Box Catering are replaced by these terms of use.

If you do not agree or do not accept these terms of use, please leave this website. Visiting, using, or ordering products displayed on www.boxcatering.md implies acceptance of the terms detailed below.

Definitions

“visitor” means any person accessing the website. “user” means any visitor who places an order and/or registers as a user by filling out a registration form on www.boxcatering.md. “Goods and Services” refers to any product or service, including documents and services mentioned in the Order, to be provided by Box Catering. “Order” means an electronic document serving as communication between Seller and Buyer whereby the Seller agrees to deliver the Goods and Services and the Buyer agrees to receive them and make payment. “Courier” means the person designated by the Seller to deliver goods and services. “Operator” means the person designated by the Seller to communicate with the user by phone, email, or social networks.

Agreement Term

This agreement remains in effect as long as you use the website or are a registered user.

Without limiting any other provisions, the Seller reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without notice or liability, to refuse access to and use of the website and www.boxcatering.md services to any person, for any reason, including but not limited to: disrespectful behavior towards employees and/or partners of Box Catering, violation of any statements, representations, warranties, or covenants contained herein or in any applicable law. The Seller may restrict your ability to use the website or participate in its promotions, delete your profile and any content or information you have posted at any time, without warning.

To protect the integrity of the portal and its services, www.boxcatering.md reserves the right to block certain IP addresses from accessing the portal and services at any time.

Service Availability

Box Catering reserves the right to modify or suspend, temporarily or permanently, partially or completely, the services provided to visitors and users through this site, with or without prior notice. Box Catering is not liable to users, third parties, or institutions for modifying, suspending, or interrupting the services available through the website. Box Catering may change the content and terms of use of the website at any time. The new terms become effective once published on this site and are not retroactive.

User Obligations

Account and Order

To purchase/order from www.boxcatering.md, you must enter your data on the website. Also, to benefit from the products, a minimum order value of 65 MDL is required.

By using the service, you declare that you will provide real, correct, current, complete, and unaltered information about yourself. To benefit from delivery to an address other than the one initially provided in your account, you must update this data in the account created on www.boxcatering.md.

If the buyer cannot be contacted to confirm the order or verify essential delivery details, the order is considered canceled and will not be processed.

If the order is placed and paid online but cannot be confirmed, the order amount will be refunded to the client within 3 working days. The refund will be made to the same card account from which payment was made.

By using www.boxcatering.md services, you represent and warrant that you will keep your password confidential and be fully responsible for its use and for your account.

Using the website implies that you are not a minor or, if you are a minor, that you have obtained parental permission.

Products and Prices

Product photos are for presentation only and may not fully convey reliable information about the properties and characteristics of the goods, including colors, dimensions, and shapes. Ordered products may differ from the photos on the site.

Prices include VAT.

The purchase price shown on the receipt/invoice will be the same as that displayed on the website at the time of purchase. However, the final price may change if it is proven that it was incorrectly displayed on the site due to an unforeseen system error. The minimum purchase price for an order is 65 MDL.

Payment is made by debit/credit card at the time of placing the online order.

Online payment: the order amount is paid by bank card through the interface of www.boxcatering.md, using the payment systems of BC Moldova Agroindbank SA. If you choose the bank card payment method, you must complete a form with your card information on a secure page.

Delivery and Receipt of Products

General Delivery Terms and Areas

Delivery is carried out Monday to Sunday between 10:00 – 22:00 within Chișinău (free if the order exceeds 500 MDL and 60 MDL otherwise), and outside Chișinău – 10, except when different hours are announced on www.boxcatering.md or www.facebook.com/boxcatering.md.

The minimum order value is 65 MDL (excluding delivery cost).

The delivery fee within Chișinău is 60 MDL per order. For orders exceeding 500 MDL, delivery is free.
